Return Policy

Can I return my product?

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition. However, as a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage if the order is shipped free.

How do I return?

  • Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
  • Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
  • Drop off your package at the local post office.
  • Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • We do not accept returned items that for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is the return address?

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

-How quickly are packages delivered?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. To estimate when you will receive your order, please add our fulfillment time to the shipping time. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
  • Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

-Does Azomco ship internationally?

Azomco offers international shipping across the world! The shortlist of countries we do not ship to includes: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

For international orders, it’s most likely going to be shipped out with the economy (5-10 days) or no rush (10-20 business days) method.

Customs and VAT are the responsible of the customers. If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ve got your back! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.

-Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, all Azomco’s shipping methods have tracking. Please note we use several distribution centers to fulfill our orders. The quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers. Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive to the email you provided with a tracking number.

-Do all items in orders always ship together?

There are some products that we’ll ship separately due to packaging differences. These products include: mugs, baller bands, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats.

Damages

Azomco, LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
